Arjun, I have switched to an even less expensive hoster. I have not yet bothered setting up the cloaking. But for the price of the domain at bhosted, i now have domain hosting, as well as 2 gigabyte of webspace and email hosting.

Prices have gone up the apast two years, but vimexx is still the least expensive host for a small site like this.

We are so small a community that i have avoided installing our own forum software on the included webspace. As it involves quite the learning curve. Last time I build a website it was still kladblok manual html typing. I could not make the included templates work, so copied and replaced the index file, with the current landing page.
