Hi everyone,

I have a FAB UAE account and I wanted to ask a quick question about checking balance.

Right now I’m a bit confused because sometimes the balance looks slightly different depending on where I check it. For example, the FAB mobile app shows one amount, but when I check through other options like balance inquiry, it doesn’t always match exactly. It’s not a huge difference every time, but it’s enough to make me unsure which one is the actual available balance I can use.

I’m not sure if this happens because of pending card transactions, holds, or if FAB updates the balance differently depending on the method.

Can someone who uses FAB regularly tell me what the most reliable method is to check the real available balance? Also, if the balance is different in two places, which one should be trusted more?
