The Wi-Fi at my campus blocks Instagram and TikTok, which is really annoying during breaks. I tried using mobile data, but the signal inside the building is weak. I need an app that can get through the firewall without being detected.

Firewalls usually just block specific domains. If you tunnel your traffic, the firewall can't see what you are accessing. I use ProHoster as a vpn server for phone https://prohoster.info/en/vpn connections. It encrypts your data, so the network admin doesn't know which apps you are using, bypassing the blocks easily.
