Infiniti QX80 ownership in Abu Dhabi, where do you guys actually take yours for proper care?

Had the big QX80 for about eighteen months now and overall it's been a solid family hauler for the school runs and the occasional trip out to Al Ain but I'm starting to realize that finding someone who actually knows these Nissan 5.6 V8s inside and out without charging dealership prices is a bit of a treasure hunt here in the capital, the dealer on Airport Road is fine I guess but the last service I did there they tried to tell me my brake pads were at three millimeters when I had literally just changed them myself two weeks earlier with genuine parts I ordered from the States so that whole experience left a bit of a sour taste honestly, I've been poking around on a few forums and it seems like there are a handful of garages in Mussafah that work on the Patrol V8 all day long but when you mention Infiniti they sometimes get a little hesitant because of the extra electronics and the different trim pieces, I'm just trying to figure out if there's a sweet spot in town for Infiniti model maintenance and service where they actually have the Consult scan tool and don't just treat it like a fancy Nissan Patrol with leather seats, anyone got a go to place they've been using for a while that actually respects the brand and doesn't try to upsell you on stuff you clearly don't need every single visit?
