I have been testing a simple way to plan faceless product videos without losing hours in the editor:

1. Write one sentence for the audience and one for the action you want them to take.
2. Break a 30-45 second script into five to seven scenes.
3. Give every scene one visual job instead of collecting random footage.
4. Finish the narration before polishing transitions, so the timing has a stable reference.
5. Export one vertical master, then cut shorter versions from it.

The useful lesson for me is that a clear scene list matters more than fancy transitions. Revisions are much easier because each scene has one purpose. Do you usually plan the audio first, or the visuals?
