I've been pondering a mobile food venture here in the UK, and i'm trying to do the homework before I jump into the expense of buying a van. The concept sounds amazing but is obviously fraught with a certain number of rather down-to-earth decisions – licenses, insurance, equipment, stock, pitch/locations, and quiet/busy days.

I'm in the process of drawing up an food truck business plan UK both to gauge the financial reality and to see what amount of funding I would realistically need in order to get off the ground. I would prefer not to make any sales assumptions until i've completed thorough market research for the local area.
