Bulk ordering spill kits for multiple sites, any suppliers worth trying?

We're rolling out spill kits across five different facilities and I've been asked to find one supplier who can handle the whole order rather than buying piecemeal from different places. The problem is that most of the spill kit suppliers in dubai I've contacted either don't do bulk or can't give a clear answer on lead times, which is frustrating when I'm trying to coordinate a rollout. I'd much rather work with one reliable source than chase five separate orders. Has anyone managed a multi-site order like this and found a supplier who was actually organised about it? Also, is it worth standardising on one kit type across all sites or does it make more sense to size each kit to what that particular facility handles? I'm worried a one-size-fits-all approach will end up being wrong for at least a couple of them.
