Select the Destination Location

Choosing a suitable destination folder is another important step in OLM-to-PST conversion. Select a location that is easy to access and has sufficient storage capacity. Avoid saving the output directly to unstable removable media during conversion. A local hard drive can provide a more reliable working environment. After the PST is created, it can be copied to another storage device if required. Use a descriptive filename to make the converted mailbox easy to identify. Organizing output files properly also helps prevent confusion when multiple PST files are generated from different OLM mailboxes.
