| Good evening. I noticed a platform's main page discussing several currencies and local payment options, while the legal section says account funding accepts bitcoin only. I have not opened an account, but that difference makes it difficult to compare the actual funding process. What questions would you send support before deciding whether the terms are clear enough? I would want to distinguish the account's display currency from the asset used for a deposit, understand any conversion, and know how withdrawals are handled. I am looking for an explanation of the mismatch rather than a guess based on the marketing section. |

The discrepancy is worth resolving before payment. On kernkapitals.com, the published overview mentions multiple currencies and payment arrangements, while the legal text says bitcoin-only funding. Ask which current document governs deposits, what asset reaches the account and how any displayed currency conversion is calculated. Withdrawal assets, fees and minimums need a separate answer. An account balance labelled in a currency does not necessarily mean that currency can be deposited. Kernkapitals should clarify the wording in writing rather than leave you to infer the route from a banner. Until those descriptions agree, a test transfer would add uncertainty instead of answering the question about the terms.
