We import tools and equipment from Vietnam, and while production is running smoothly, the shipping part is stressing us out. We've had delays, missing documents, and bad communication with forwarders. I’m thinking we need to switch to a logistics company that actually specializes in sea freight. Anyone have experience with one that knows what they’re doing?

Their maritime delivery service wasn’t just about getting containers onto ships — they handled everything, from pickup at the factory to port procedures and final customs in Europe. They were also proactive — when one shipment was held up due to bad weather, they rerouted through another port without us even asking. If you’re tired of chasing updates, I’d say give them a try. They stay on top of everything.
